Employee Benefits and Wellbeing

We are committed to ensuring that all employees are adequately compensated for their work. All employees receive wages in accordance with, or above the minimum wage for their respective regions. In addition to salary, employees receive additional benefits, including transportation, meals, social security, and health insurance allowances. We also provide support for employee’s recreation, facilities for worship, help during times of grief, sports facilities, employee cooperatives, and scholarship programs for employees’ children, for example.

Our employees are also provided with healthcare services and benefits. Healthcare services include clinics in most operating units, health check-ups, and health benefits in accordance with the provisions of the Government Agency Providing Social Security Healthcare and Employment (BPJS). The BPJS employment scheme covers employees for death, work accidents, retirement, and pension.
